Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Keyworch is operated by a sole trader based in Australia ("we", "us"). By buying from Keyworch you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

What you're buying

A one-time research service. For US$19 we send you, by email, a list of 20 publicly visible Reddit threads relevant to the business you describe in your Brief. Each includes a link, the post details, and an AI-generated draft comment. This is a single purchase: there is no subscription, no account, and no ongoing service.

Your Brief

After paying, you fill in a short form (your "Brief") describing your product, your audience, keywords, and competitors. We start preparing your list once we receive your Brief. If we haven't received one, we'll email you to ask for it.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 1 hour of receiving your Brief, and commit to delivering within 24 hours. Delivery is by email from [email protected].

Draft comments

Draft comments are starting points, not finished posts. We never post anything on your behalf. You are responsible for anything you post on Reddit, including editing drafts, following each subreddit's rules and Reddit's policies, and disclosing your connection to your business where required. We aren't responsible for moderation actions taken against your account.

Third-party content

The threads we list are public content on Reddit, written by their authors. We don't control them, and threads may be edited, locked, or removed after we deliver your list. Keyworch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We don't guarantee any particular result from engaging with the threads we deliver, such as sales, traffic, or replies.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you paid applies to your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
