Why Keyworch exists
Ads interrupt people.
Reddit lets you join them.
Quick confession: Keyworch is my third product. The first two flopped.
I did everything you're "supposed" to do. Build it, launch it, run ads. I put US$500 into ads for the first one. Barely anything. So for the second one I figured I just hadn't spent enough, and I doubled it to US$1,000.
US$1,500 later, I had fewer than five sales. Total. Across both products.
And the worst part? I genuinely believed in those products. I just couldn't get them in front of anyone who actually cared. Every ad was me shouting at people who were busy scrolling for something else.
Then one night I'm on Reddit and I see a post from someone describing, almost word for word, the exact problem my product solved. No ad budget, no targeting, no funnel. Just a real person asking for help. So I replied like a normal human: here's what worked for me, and oh, I built a little tool for this if you want it.
That one free comment got me more real interest than US$1,500 of ads ever did.
That's when it clicked. Convincing a stranger who isn't looking is brutal. Helping someone who's already asking is easy. The only hard part is finding those people without living on Reddit 24/7. So I built Keyworch to do the finding for you, so you don't burn US$1,500 learning this the way I did.
