Refund Policy

Our guarantee

You buy a one-time list of 20 relevant Opportunities (Reddit threads, each with a draft comment) for US$19. If you're not happy with your list, reply to your delivery email, or write to [email protected], within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll either top up your list or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You decide whether the Opportunities are relevant to you.

If we can't find 20

If we can't find 20 relevant Opportunities for your niche, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

If your delivery is late

We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your Brief. If we're late and you'd like a refund, ask and we'll refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you.
