Privacy Policy

Keyworch is operated by a sole trader based in Australia. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy from us, and what we do with it. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We see your name, email, country, and the payment status, never your full card number.
- Your Brief. Your product or service description, target audience, keywords, competitor names, optional website URL, email, and order reference.
- Emails. Anything you send to [email protected].
- Site analytics. Google Analytics records how visitors use this site: the pages you view, the buttons you click, the link or site that brought you here, and your approximate location, device, and browser. It sets cookies so it can tell a return visit from a new one. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
How we use it
Your payment details and Brief are used only to deliver your order: to find and summarise relevant Reddit threads, draft comments, send your list, and handle support and refunds. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to any mailing list.
Site analytics is used only to see how visitors find and use this site, so we can improve it. We don't use it to identify you or for advertising.
Who processes it
- Stripe: payments
- Google Forms: collecting your Brief
- An AI service provider: your Brief is processed to generate search keywords and draft comments
- Zoho Mail: sending and receiving email
- Google Analytics: site analytics
- Cloudflare: website hosting and analytics
These providers may process data outside Australia.
Opting out of analytics
You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or with a content blocker. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
We keep your Brief and delivery for as long as we need them to handle support and refunds, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us at any time and we'll delete your Brief and delivery, except where the law requires us to keep records of the payment.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
